How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. Our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm before your order ships. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message us on 0112 002 9398 with the perfume names and your address, and we'll confirm the order with you.
How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?
Add three perfumes to your cart and you pay for two. The offer applies to perfumes, not watches.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–5 business days. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM, on Fridays or on official holidays are processed the next business day.
How much is delivery?
The fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Can I check the package on delivery?
You can inspect the outer packaging in front of the courier. If it is damaged or leaking, refuse the delivery and contact us.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, with the original cellophane seal and packaging. Opened or tested fragrances, samples, decants and Final Sale items can't be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
How do I get my refund on a cash order?
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item, by mobile wallet or InstaPay.
