Shipping policy

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 3–5 business days.

Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM, on Fridays, or on official holidays are processed the next business day. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.

Payment: Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

Order confirmation: Our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it ships. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

On delivery: You can inspect the outer packaging in front of the courier. If the package is damaged or leaking, please refuse the delivery and contact us.
