Refund policy

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened, unused, with its original cellophane seal intact and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: opened or tested fragrances, samples, decants, and Final Sale items.

Wrong, damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping costs.

Change of mind: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds: processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via mobile wallet or InstaPay.
